Legoland was fine overall, but customer service took a while. I had a booking question and waited a few days for a reply. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but I did feel like I had to chase. Not awful, just wish they were quicker

We went last weekend it was just as clean as I’d hoped. I’d heard people say they keep on top of the place, and I found myself noticing it everywhere, toilets being checked, bins not overflowing, and the rides looking well looked after. There were a couple of busy areas, but staff were still around tidying up. It made the whole day feel so much easier with the kids. 5 stars from us.

I took my 5 and 8 year old and they both had such a good day. The rides felt really well suited to their ages — fun enough to keep them excited, but not so scary that they were put off. I was actually surprised by how many rides my youngest could go on, which made the day much easier and more enjoyable. The queues weren’t too bad for us, and there was plenty to see and do between rides. Overall, I’d definitely say it’s worth it for kids around this age, and I’d happily take mine again...

We had such a great time checking out all the Lego models. The details were seriously amazing, like the tiny windows, little characters, cool buildings, vehicles, colors, and all the small bits you don’t even notice at first. The kids absolutely loved it too, they kept pointing things out, asking questions, spotting little scenes, and getting excited about every new model. It was just a really fun experience all around.

Parking at LEGOLAND was much easier than I expected. I always get a bit prepared for that awkward theme park arrival where you miss a sign, end up in the wrong lane, and then everyone in the car starts asking if you know where you’re going. But the signs were clear from the moment we got close, so we just followed them and got straight where we needed to be without any circling around.
The staff directing cars were really friendly too, and they actually kept everything moving instead of just waving vaguely and leaving you to figure it out. We were parked quickly, and the walk to the entrance was short enough that it didn’t feel like a whole separate mission before the day even started, which matters a lot when you’ve got kids, bags, snacks, and everyone already excited to get inside.
It might sound like a small thing, but having parking go smoothly made the whole morning feel way less stressful. We weren’t rushed, nobody was grumpy from sitting in a queue forever, and we got into the park in a good mood. Just a really easy, no-hassle start to the day.

We had to cancel our LEGOLAND trip at the last minute, i was expecting it to be a bit of a headache. It did take a few days to get a response and for the refund to come through, so it wasn’t instant, but everything was sorted in the end. Faster updates would definitely make the process better, but overall I’m happy with how it was handled.

The food was reaaally tasty, and the prices were okay overall. Nothing too fancy, but I definitely enjoyed it and would come back again...

We had a really fun day, honestly. The kids loved pretty much every bit of it, which was nice because you never know how these things will go. It was just a good day all around, a bit tiring but in the best way.

We stayed at the LEGOLAND hotel for 2 nights with our kids it was a really fun stay. The room was clean and had Lego details everywhere, which was great because the kids were instantly distracted while we unpacked. Small win, but still... very appreciated.

Breakfast was decent, though it did get hectic in the morning, and check-in took a bit longer than we expected. The staff were friendly, though, and being so close to the park made everything way easier. I’d stay again, just probably not during the busiest season.

I went with my two kids, and the park layout was mostly easy enough to follow. The signs were clear, and checking the map on the website beforehand definitely helped. Of course, once it got busy, we ended up being the ones wandering around in circles trying to find food, which was frustrating with kids getting hungry. We did manage to find most of the rides without too much stress, so it wasn’t a bad day overall, but it felt like the crowds made things harder for us than they needed to be

We checked LEGOLAND before going to look into all the accessibility stuff, and it was easy to find what we needed. The ride access info and the quiet room details were clear enough, which helped with planning all that ahead of time. Once we were at the park, the staff actually knew about the pass and didn’t make it weird or awkward, which I really appreciated. My son gets overwhelmed waiting in lines, so having that support made a big difference. It wasn’t all perfect, like the maps could definitely be a little clearer and that kind of thing, but overall we felt included and way less stressed than we expected. We’d 100% go again

We booked our family trip through legoland.com it wasn’t no trouble at all. Everything was straightforward, and the info about kids’ rides and height requirements was clear enough, which made planning a lot easier. The park itself felt really family friendly, with loads for our two kids to do and plenty of spots to take a break when they got tired. The staff were nice too, and we didn’t have no complaints. We all had a great day.

so... I felt really comfortable being there with the kids all day. The security staff seemed alert and present, and we felt safe pretty much everywhere we went...

We spent pretty much the whole day at the water park and my kids had such a good time. The splash areas were actually really clean, and there was plenty for different ages to enjoy. I think the lazy river was our favorite, even though it definitely got busier later in the day.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the lines for the changing rooms and food were a bit frustrating. I also wish there had been more shade around, especially when it got hot. But overall, it was still a really fun day and we’d probably go back.

I wasn’t expecting there to be so many rides, but there were loads. Some were nice and chilled for my younger kid, and then a few were actually really fun for me too, which was a nice surprise. Everything seemed safe and well looked after. I mean, it wasn’t the most mind-blowing day ever, but we had a really good time...

We went along for the Halloween activities and, it was a really good day. The live shows were better than I expected and the kids seemed to absolutely love it. Queues were manageable, at least when we were there, and booking online was straightforward enough. Definitely felt like a solid choice for a family day out

We were really scared when our kids got lost, but they helped us so quickly and made a stressful situation feel much calmer. I’m incredibly grateful for how kind and responsive they were.

I used the LEGOLAND app throughout most of our day, and for our family it was really helpful. The wait times weren’t perfect every single time, but they were close enough to help us decide where to go next. The map was easy to follow, and it was nice being able to buy extras on my phone instead of stopping somewhere. Having the tickets ready in the app also made getting in much less stressful. If you’re visiting with kids and trying to keep the day moving, it’s definitely worth using.

We had a nice time browsing the shops at Legoland. There were tons of Lego sets, shirts, keychains, and little toys, and my son was really into the mini figures and souvenirs.
The prices felt steep though, even for simple stuff, and a few shelves were messy. I also felt a bit passed around when I asked about an item, like one person sent me to another and then to a different counter. Still, it’s fine if you just want to grab a small souvenir...
